What can I do with my Account Manager?
These are the functions available in your Account Manager: edit administrative contact, billing contact, technical contact, modify DNS information, activate URL forwarding, setup email forwarding, registrar transfer of an existing domain name, and register a new domain name.

How do I access my Account Manager?
To use your Account Manager, go to and enter your username and password. Once you have logged in, you can then navigate the system by clicking on the links in the menu on the left.

Is there a charge for making changes in my Account Manager?
No. There is absolutely no charge for making modifications in your Account Manager.

What is the question mark next to each heading used for?
You can click on the questions marks to access the Account Manager's FAQ page to learn more about a specific function/feature and get step-by-step illustrated instructions on making modifications.

Can I change my username?
No. The username is unique. You can not change the username.  

I forgot my username and password?

Step-by-step instructions to logging in the Account Manager

Step 1
Login to your account at Enter your username and password.

If you forgot your username or password, click on the "Forgot your password" link in the login box. It will bring you to a page to retrieve your account information. Enter your email (required) and any other information related to your account. Click the "Submit" button and your account information will be sent to you.
