For domain names registered after June 21, 2000, login to
your Account Manager to make changes
to the contact email (administrative, billing, or technical).
For domain names registered before June21, 2000, go to www.networksolutions.com/makechanges/
to make the changes to the contact email.

• I forgot my password to the
Account Manager and I tried to retrieve it. But the password is sent
to my old email which is not valid and I have no access to it. What
should I do?
You will need to update your profile with the new email address by
providing necessary documents. Please go to the Email
Change page to print out the forms to change the email
associated with your domain name.

I update my profile with a new email address?
Please log into your Account Manager
to update the contact email. If you are unable to log in to the
Account Manager and unable to retrieve your password because you no
long have access to the old email, please go to Email
Change page to print out the email change request form.


• How much does it cost to update
my contact email address?
There is no fee to change/update the contact email address.


• How long does it take for the new
contact email address to be updated?
The changes you make to the contact email address will be updated in the
Whois database within 24hrs. If you are changing the contact email
to a new email address by
mail/fax, it will take approximately 2 weeks for the request to
process.
